I keep getting this “deal” from Chase bank in my email
Let’s see what the asterisk means
So to incentivize me to invest through Chase you’re going to give me 0.00008%, 0.00003%, or if I really invest a lot through you 0.000025% of the money I invest back?
I don’t know how this actually attracts anyone. I’d imagine people investing that much are going to use the best available platform to do it and a small incentive is not going to swing many people’s decisions.

Imagine trusting your money to JP Morgan and not a hedge fund lmao

Banks struggle to get customers to turn into their investors. My local Chase bank offered to bring us in and go over investment opportunities with us. They are nice people, so we made an appointment and let them show us what they could do with our money.
At the end of it all though, we are already set up with our Vanguard and Fidelity contracts equivalent or better than what they can do and without the management fees. Even they had to acknowledge it.

You typically need $1 million+ to invest in a hedge fund. This is still a bad deal, but hedge funds are exactly accessible.
